How to copy flash files using Mozilla Firefox
Firefox Setup
- Open Mozilla Firefox for download settings.
- Click Tools in Menu Bar then select Option.
- In Options Dialog Box click Download Tab.
- Select ‘Ask me where to save all my files’.
- In Download Action Section click View and Edit Actions button.
- Scroll down to locate and select the SWF (Shockwave Flash) file.
- Click the Change Action then select 'Save them on my computer' and click OK.
- Close 'Download Action' dialog box the click 'OK' in Options Dialog.
How to download Flash
- Open webpage with flash file.
- (sample page: http://www.flashgames247.com/play/805.html)
- Right-click the webpage then select ‘View Page Source’ or View Selection Source.
- On Page source then find ‘swf’ file. (example below)

- Select then copy the entire path link. (Example: http://www.flashgames247.com/13557/ games/ninjashowdown/ninjashowdown.swf
- Go back to webpage then paste the copied link on Navigation Toolbar or Address Bar.
- A Dialog box will appear to save the flash file.
By the way… this will not work with php pages.
